Nancy has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry. An Oakville resident since 1974, she began her career in 1984 as a Sales Representative. By 1990 she obtained her Broker’s licence, and subsequently served as President of the Oakville Milton Real Estate Board and  a director of the Real Estate Council of Ontario, as well as Area Manager for Royal LePage in Oakville. She combines this depth of experience with an exceptional sales record, to which she returned in 2000 when she teamed with Kim.

   

Kim’s family moved to Oakville in 1960, where her father founded Kennedy Ford. Her career in real estate commenced in 1992 and her caring, professional approach resulted in an enviable sales record and numerous awards for sales excellence. Kim attributes this success to her ability to listen well, so that her knowledge of the market can be used to satisfy the needs of her clients.

   

Fionna was born and raised in Oakville. In the late 1990's, she moved to Victoria, BC where she completed a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies. In early 2007 she became a licensed real estate agent in British Columbia and sold Real Estate for Royal LePage in Vancouver. In 2010, she returned to Oakville to join Nancy and Kim in their business. She attributes her successful sales record to her enthusiasm for working with people and hard work.
